This is the top in car painting! The TD1 is the smaller brother of the TD3 PRO, without filtering.
Heated air lacquering was invented by Walcom around 1980, today system is used worldwide with 1100+ systems in daily use. The TD1 appliance is also computer controlled and keeps the temperature stable +/- 1 degree C. The module has 1200W heater, + adapted to 1200W air hose.

It provides very stable hot air all the way to the paint spray or air blower. The advantages of hot air paint, here are the most important:
- Paint with medicated clean air (99.9%) and all moisture / oil removed
- Heating the car part during blowing / dust removal
- Varnishing with the optimum product temperature (from 25 to 38 degrees Celsius)
- The paint and clear flows better, dries faster to 70 degrees Celsius.
