What can be better than the absolute top in car painting? The TD3 PRO with a distance control ! Heated air lacquering was invented by Walcom around 1980. The appliance is computer controlled and keeps the temperature stable +/- 1 degree C. The module has 1200W heater, adapted to 1200W air hose. It provides very stable hot air all the way to the paint spray or air blower. With the distance temperature switch/control and the heated 12m hose included as a pack.
The advantages of hot air paint, here are the most important:
- Paint with medicated clean air (99.9%) all moisture / oil removed
- Pre-heating the part during blowing / dust removal
- Painting with the optimum product temperature (from 25-38 degrees C.)
- The varnish flows better, dries faster max.70 degrees Celsius.
- All PRO filters for medical purity are included
- A separate output for fresh air mask on the module (before silica filter)
