ANI has found a heating solution build in the spray gun, the system is called H2 system, comes with the TMDI Digital pressure gauge. That is the red device underneath the gun that can heat the pressured air up to 40 degrees Celsius. The gun is insulated from the heating (or cold) air with an insulating sleeve for comfortable use over time. And comes with clip-on digital pressure regulator, a spanner and an accessory kit in a tool case. This is the CLEAR gun with a 1,2mm nozzle is in stock.
We know that air in a spray-booth is around 15 degrees, that is too cold for an optimal product flow and optimal drying cycle, therefore this heating device. The amount of heat is controlled by a regulator, more air means more heat. Because of the fact that heat is generated buy the airflow itself it has some limitations, max. 40 degrees Celsius.
